Karma is the concept that all our actions, thoughts, and intentions - whether positive or negative - bring about a corresponding reaction. In other words, you will get back whatever you put forth into the universe - whether good or bad.

At Golden Karma, we believe in sharing positive energy to help fortify the karmic balance for good. We also believe that the positive energies found in nature - those from plants, trees, rocks, water, our abundant wildlife, as well as the universal life energy channeled through Reiki - have healing and restorative properties that help nourish the mind, body, and spirit.

A Message from the
Golden Karma Co-Founders

As co-founders of Golden Karma, we combine our love for animals and nature with our desire to help others attain greater inner peace and holistic wellness. As life-long residents of New Jersey and employees within Corporate America for many decades (John in IT and Annette in communications), we know all too well the stress of daily life in this frenetic world. As such, we have relied on the therapeutic effects of animals and nature, as well as alternative healing modalities, such as Reiki, mindfulness, and meditation, to help us decompress, rejuvenate, and rebalance.

We both enjoy daily hikes in the woods with our canine companions, Spirit and Juno; quiet time at home with our feline companions, Miso and Philippe; and communing with wildlife on our property, including Apple (the matriarch of a robust deer herd). We also enjoy helping animals in need through our hands-on volunteer work at local rescue and wildlife rehabilitation facilities, educational outreach, and vegetarianism. And we are always in search of new opportunities to better balance the mind, body, and spirit through the positive energies found in nature.
